Delivery Information
iContact Camera processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, with orders from their Asia-based distribution center shipped within 2 business days and estimated transit times ranging from 4 to 15 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees imposed by their country, which are not included in the product or shipping prices. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number is provided via email, with tracking information becoming active within 24 to 48 hours.
Returns Policy
Defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt, while non-defective returns within the same period incur a 15% restocking fee that may increase if the item is damaged or missing components. International orders outside the US are eligible for returns and replacements, but shipping labels will not be provided. Customers can initiate a return by contacting [email protected], and if more than 15 business days have passed since an approved return with no refund received, they should follow up with support.
