Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the game start incur no costs, while cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows result in a minimum fee of €78 per game/room, and if the game was paid online, the difference between the paid amount and €78 will be refunded. Cancellation requests must be directed to EscapeWelt GmbH, located at Oststraße 20, 04317 Leipzig, reachable by phone at +49 341 24 87 49 04 or by email at [email protected]. If a team is 15 minutes or more late, the game can no longer take place and the minimum fee of €78 per game/room will still be charged.
