The e-bike features a 48V lithium-ion battery available in 13Ah or 26Ah versions and can support riders between 5.0 and 6.8 feet tall. Orders are processed within 2 business days when in stock, with delivery estimated between 2 to 10 days.
Returns Policy
ENGWE offers a 30-day return window for all products purchased through their website, including electric scooters, bikes, and accessories. After receiving and inspecting returned items, ENGWE processes refunds within 3 business days, with the money being returned to the original payment method. For orders cancelled after shipment, customers are charged a €200 shipping fee.
