Orders placed before 6:00 PM on weekdays are typically delivered the next day through PostNL. The store uses PostNL for items under 31 kilos and partners with Electronic Logistics and PostNL @Home for larger items like washing machines and TVs over 40 inches.
Returns Policy
Customers have a 14-day inspection period during which they can return products without providing a reason, and returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that are customized according to buyer specifications, are perishable, or have broken seals on audio/visual/computer equipment cannot be returned.
