Delivery Information
Orders may be split into multiple packages that arrive on different days, but customers are only charged once for shipping. When an order ships, customers receive an email with tracking information for each package. Customers can track orders by signing into their account or looking up a single order using their order number and email address.
Returns Policy
Athleta offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for online purchases or from the purchase date for store purchases. Returns can be made by mail using a prepaid UPS shipping label or can be completed in store.
