FLYING BEAR ships from local warehouses in the US, EU, Russia, Brazil, and Korea, ensuring delivery within 3–7 business days with no customs fees for most regions. The company partners with major carriers including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, with shipping times varying by product and warehouse location, such as 7–15 days for China warehouse shipments. If local warehouse stock is unavailable, orders are shipped directly from China, which may result in additional import taxes.
Returns Policy
Orders placed within 2 hours can be cancelled and refunded immediately, but orders that have already been packed and shipped cannot be cancelled. FLYING BEAR allows returns within 14 days of receiving an order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. All return requests must be submitted to customer support first, and the package must be sent to a designated address, with a tracking number provided to avoid liability for lost packages.
