I personally emphasis at every phase is to solve problems and communicate effectively. Provide clients safety surveys and safety reports to provide the big picture that everyone can easily understand while including the technical details. Design safety programs to solve clients problems and work in their organization. Also conduct training which is tailored to the needs of clients company, not simply a canned presentation.
