1. Creating a strategic identity

The healthcare should articulate the single and desirable future for their
enterprises and therefore focus on the efforts of achieving it. The
rationale is making such leaps will therefore in purpose and identity will
require the socialization and collaboration with the stakeholders to
ensure the buy in, the consistency in messaging across the organization
(Bokhour, 2018).
Also it requires additional and careful consumer centric rollout in the

2. Design for trust


Trust is much more paramount in the healthcare and it emerges from the
protecting of privacy and the building of data to build the confidence in
the protocols and providers.
Therefore, building of trust is critical as the new model and entrants are
introduced .
The rational of trust of building trust in the healthcare must comprise of
personalization, transparency and evidence based outcomes.

innovation.
Creating an environment to thinking big , learn first and start small will fully enable the

crowdsourcing and ideation, targeting the use cases in the solving of key problems, and
incorporating the key partners that will help in testing the newest ways of working.
