- Middle to late adolescence (ages 15–19)
is a crucial stage of development
marked by rapid physical, emotional,
and social changes. During this time,
adolescents face challenges such as
academic pressure, identity formation,
peer influence, and preparation for adult
responsibilities. Mental health and well-
being become key factors influencing
their overall development and future
success.
WHO (World Health Organization)
- - a specialized agency of the United
Nations (UN) that focuses on
international public health
- "Mental health is a state of well-
being in which the individual realizes
his or her own abilities, can cope
with the normal stresses of life, can
work productively and fruitfully, and
is able to make a contribution to his
or her own community."
HOW DO YOU GET THIS ABILITY?

factors" and "risk factors".
