You are first-year medical student and the
leader of your class. Your class was supposed
to have a lecture this morning, but it turned
out the teacher did not come. You had not
been able to contact him/her and ask how
he/she wants it to be rescheduled. As you
were walking to the campus cafeteria later
that day, you noticed that the teacher was
there. He/she was just finished eating and
getting ready to leave. You approached
him/her, and you want to get information as
to when the rescheduled lecture would be
conducted.

• COVID-19 spreads mainly among people who are
in close contact with one another, so the use of
face coverings is particularly important in settings
where people are close to each other or where
social distancing is difficult to maintain. Studies
have demonstrated that masks are an important
barrier to transmission of respiratory viruses. At
the moment some people think cases of COVID-19
are very declining, therefore using mask is no
longer necessary.
• Why do we need to use masks during the
pandemic and do we still need to use it even when
we are already fully vaccinated? Explain your
opinion

AVA, a third-year high school student (in 5th semester), is an active student
who has intra and extra-school activities. One of them is a community library
which she initiated since her first year at high school. Apart from extra
school activities, Ava also has extracurricular activities at school, one of
which is basketball.
One day, Ava was assigned to the task in the book club session at the
community library which he chaired. At the same time, Ava’s high school
team was going to play in a basketball tournament, where Ava was a core
member of the team. Ava completely forgot when agreeing doing a task at
the community library that he would be playing basketball. He also felt that
the impact and responsibility of such activity at the library would be bigger
for the community. Meanwhile, playing basketball for Ava is especially only
beneficial for himself and his school.
Ava is enthusiastic thinking about the planned activity at the book club and
does not have a plan to meet his coach to discuss his resignation even
though the tournament is near
What is your opinion to this case and what will you do as Ava’s best
