Final Project

The project focuses on developing an interactive web application for visualizing and forecasting stock prices to aid investors in making informed decisions. It aims to provide dynamic visualizations and predictive insights using machine learning and statistical models, emphasizing user-friendliness and accuracy. Key objectives include building the website with Streamlit, enhancing UI with CSS, generating data plots, and implementing an ARIMA model for stock price predictions.

1.Introduction
Investors and financial analysts rely on timely and
accurate stock market data to make informed
decisions. However, due to the high volume and
complexity of market data, it’s challenging to
interpret patterns and predict future trends without
sophisticated tools. This project aims to develop
an interactive web application for visualizing and
forecasting stock prices, enabling users to explore
historical data and receive predictive insights.

2.Problem Statement
In the rapidly changing stock market, investors need
tools to visualize historical data and forecast future stock
trends for informed decision-making. This project aims
to develop a comprehensive solution that provides
dynamic visualizations of historical stock prices and
performs data-driven forecasts. By leveraging machine
learning and statistical models, the project seeks to
predict future price trends, allowing users to better
understand potential market movements and risks. The
solution should focus on ease of use, accuracy, and
clarity, helping both novice and experienced investors
make data-informed investment choices.

3.Objectives

• To make the main website's structure using

mainly Streamlit Components.
• Enhance the site's UI by styling using CSS
• Generate plots of data using the plot ly library
of Python. The data is fetched using yfinance.
• Implement a machine learning ARIMA model
to predict the stock price for 30 days requested
by the user

6. Conclusion

Visualization and forecasting of stocks are essential

tools in financial analysis, enabling investors to
identify trends, patterns, and market behaviors. By
predicting future stock movements and offering
clear data representation, they support informed,
data-driven decisions, helping investors manage
risks and optimize investment strategies effectively.
