Fabindia promotes inclusive capitalism, through its unique COC (community owned companies) model. The COC model consists of companies, which act as value adding intermediaries, between rural producers and Fabindia.

EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
Fabindia offers the maximum variety for each category of product. The product is manufactured according to the indian environment. Fabindia's products are natural, craft based, contemporary, and affordable. Fabindias products are sourced from all over India. Fabindia works closely with artisans by providing various inputs including design, quality control, access to raw materials and production coordination.

IF EASYDAY HITS RURAL MARKET ?


Instead of selling highly advertised product such as : lays, Pepsi, coke, Maggi, basmati rice, real juice etc. the store will have to adopt a totally different strategy by providing products which are much cheaper than the other Easydays store operating in urban areas. By launching Ad vans and creating awareness among the people about the store and its benefits.

Easy day has set up a stores in suburban areas which often connect to various villages and acts as a shopping hub for people residing in these villages. Branded products have become popular in the rural areas as well so the store doesnt need to totally change its merchandise but needs to slightly change it keeping in mind their demand and buying behavior. The products will be provided at lesser prices hence attracting a large section of rural customers.
