Working of the Toll Tax
System
In this project, we have made a Arduino based Toll
tax system that uses Ultrasonic Distance Sensor to
measure the distance between the toll gate and
the vehicle and opens the barrier when the vehicle
comes closer than 20 m. Additionally, we have
added a basic verification system using the push
button so that only authorised vehicles are allowed
to pass. If the vehicle is unauthorised then the toll
gate will not open until the push button is pressed
by the toll system staff.
