STEPS IN REGISTRATION
Go to: client.emb.gov.ph/crs and then click the “Create an account”.
STEPS IN REGISTRATION
Provide the details and upload your Company ID and Gov’t
ID.
Then click “Save”
STEPS IN REGISTRATION
Enter your Username and password and click
“Login”..
STEPS IN REGISTRATION
Click “Add Establishment” in the Dashboard
page
STEPS IN REGISTRATION
Select your Region and click
“NEXT”
STEPS IN REGISTRATION
Search your establishment name on the table. If it exist, select it and
click
“NEXT” button. If not, click the “NOT IN THE LIST” button.

Fill-up the necessary information required in the fields provided.
Upload the Authorization Letter then click “NEXT”.

Establishment is located will
verify the request. After
verification/checking, the status
will be sent to your registered
email.
