My daily routine is a mix of activities that help me prepare for the day, learn, and
strengthen my body and mind.

My Morning
1 Waking Up
I wake up at 5:50 in the morning, the first thing I do is open the curtains to let in the
sunlight and give me energy for the day.
2 Preparations
I make my bed, get ready for the day, check my backpack and prepare my breakfast.
3 Breakfast
At 6:25 in the morning, I enjoy a nutritious breakfast, usually cereal with milk and
fruit, to have energy for the day.
4 School
I leave home at 6:45 in the morning, ready to start the day of learning at school.
My Afternoon and Night
School
I leave school at 3:00 pm, tired but satisfied with the day's classes.
Free Time
At 4:30 pm, I take a refreshing shower and relax a bit before going to taekwondo school.
Taekwondo
I leave for taekwondo school at 4:50 pm, ready to train hard and improve my skills.
After Taekwondo
I arrive home at 6:10 pm, tired but happy with the training. I play with my friends for a while.
Homework
At 8:30 pm, I sit down to do my homework, focusing on my studies to make sure I understand everything.
Rest
I go to bed at 10:00 pm, ready to sleep and start a new day full of energy.
