ROLE OF YOGA IN HEALTH
AND DISEASES
Yoga reduces tension and eases back, neck, and
shoulder pain. Balance on one foot with the other

therapeutic applications for modern epidemic
diseases such chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, mental
stress.

diabetes,what are its symptoms and it’s
prevention with the help of yoga aasans.
WHAT IS DIABETES ?
Insulin in our body controls
the level of sugar in blood.
When body does not produce
sufficient amount of Insulin or
when insulin does not work
properly, Diabetes occur.
People with Obesity are prone
to Diabetes.
