RULES and REGULATIONS

The following guidelines must be implemented


within the premises:
1. Wearing of proper uniform (scrub suit, white shoes
and hair net for the girls)
2. Proper waste disposal
3. Practice personal hygiene (hand sanitation and
wearing of face mask for trainees with symptoms of
cough and colds)
4. Accomplishing of attendance sheet
