AMENDMENT TO SECTION 21
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

• Every applicant who has satisfactorily


passed the required examination, shall be
issued a certificate of registration as
Medical Technologist.

• Certificates shall be signed by all the


members of the Board and attested by its
secretary

FEES

• The applicant will be charged Php 50


for examination and registration, with
Php 10 for registration and Php 25 for
each registration certificate issued
without prior examination.
