A: I had a terrible experience in Ho Chi Minh City last year.
B: What happened ?
A: Well, I forgot my passport in the hotel reception. By the time I arrived to the airport to
catch my flight, I realized that I don’t have my passport. I would have gone back to the
hotel, if I had had enough time. I had to book another flight and that costed me 100$ extra.
B: That’s awful.
A: You can say that again. You know, if it weren’t for the hotel receptionist’s mistake, I
would have made that flight. It was her responsibility to give me the passport back.
B: Don’t blame yourself. It really wasn’t your fault. It was her mistake.

When you connect to a public Wi-Fi network and send your credit card information through websites or
mobile apps, the information might be accessed by someone else.
A hacker could test your username and password stolen from one website to try to gain access to
other websites—including sites that store your financial information.
Encryption scrambles the information you send over the Internet into a code so it’s unintelligible
and therefore not accessible to others.
You should avoid using any mobile apps that require personal or financial information.
The letters “https” should be on every page you visit, not just the page when you sign in.
You’ll have more control over when and how your devices use public Wi-Fi in order to avoid danger.

Guy: "Do you want to hear about the time I lost my bag at the airport?"
Lady: "Sure, what happened?"
Guy: "Well, I was flying to Ho Chi Minh city for a weekend trip and had checked my
bag in at the airline counter. When I landed at my destination, my bag didn't show up
on the baggage carousel."
Lady: "Oh no, that’s awful. Did you try to find it?"
Guy: "Yeah, I went to the lost and found baggage service desk and reported my
missing bag. They took down my information and said they'd contact me when they
found it."
Lady: "Did they find it?"
Guy: "Luckily, they did. But it took a few days before they contacted me and had it
delivered to my hotel. I was starting to get worried since I had all my clothes,
toiletries, and gifts for my friends in that bag. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have
found it."
Lady: "It is a good think that you kept the baggage claim. Did you have to buy new
clothes or anything?"
Guy: "Yeah, I had to buy some new clothes to wear during those few days. It was
annoying, but at least I got my bag back eventually.“
Lady: "Well, I'm glad you got your bag back and didn't lose anything important."
Guy: "Definitely. It was a stressful experience, but now I make sure to pack some
essentials in my carry-on, just in case."
