Lifting
• Combine the
lifting and
loading circuits
• Lifting includes
Motor
controller and
hypersonic
sensor
• Loading
contains the • Solo Arduino
Loading servo1 • Arduino will power colour sensor, and
• All the switches Arduino will be powered by battery
in the diagrams • The two servos are powered by
will be battery’s
connected and • Swich will be connected to others
not a slide • Will try to program Arduino to
switch but function without laptop
SPST or Rocker
switch
Actuators
• Servos
- There are three servos in the project. There are so many because of their ease-of-use dew to
their simple process. They are also fast and precise plus their small size makes them easily
mounted without taking too much space.
• Colour sensor
-colour sensor because colour is one of the most common differences between marbles second to
size. Other sorting types seem hyper specific and would only separate one or two form a handful
of marbles. Examples are transparency or magnetically. Colour also is easily deciphered meaning
telling if an error occurs is simple thus making it easily tinkered.
• Hypersonic sensor
-hypersonic sensor has a simple method of detecting if something is there or not furthermore it
only requiring 4 pins to work saves space for other components. The small amount will allow me
to combine lifting and loading Arduinos which would reduce the resources used like a whole
Arduino and some wires.
• Switch
- The SPST or Rocker switch are the simplest types of switch and fit the needs of an activation/go
and deactivation/stop perfectly.
