Sometimes I feel happy when I spend time with my
friends. We laugh a lot and share stories about our
lives. It makes me feel like I belong and that everything
will be okay. But other times, I feel sad, especially when
things don't go as planned. It's like a heavy cloud
hanging over me, and I find it hard to smile. However,
talking to someone I trust usually helps me feel better.
When I'm nervous, my heart beats fast, and my
palms get sweaty. It happens when I have to speak in
front of a group or when I'm faced with a new
challenge. But when I overcome my fears, I feel
proud of myself. And when I'm with my family, I feel
safe and loved. Their hugs make me feel warm
inside, like everything will be alright in the end.

At my workplace, we all have our own desks. My desk is
next to Sarah's desk. Her computer is always organized,
but mine gets messy sometimes. Our boss is Mr. Smith,
and his office is at the end of the hall. He's very friendly
and often helps us with our tasks. In the break room,
there's a coffee machine. Its coffee is delicious, and we all
take turns making it. My coworkers and I often have lunch
together. Their sandwiches always look tasty, but I prefer
to bring my own meal.
In our office, everyone has their own responsibilities. My tasks include
answering emails and organizing files. Susan, my colleague, sits across from
me. Her desk is tidy, unlike mine, which is usually cluttered with papers. Our
team leader, James, is always supportive. His encouragement motivates us to
work harder. During meetings, we share our ideas and opinions. Everyone
respects each other's input. At the end of the day, we all gather in the break
room. Its cozy atmosphere helps us relax and unwind after a busy day.
