MISSION COMPONENTS - COMMUNITY LED INSTITUTION DEVELOPMENT (CLID)

• 70% members should be in Poor to get Funding Support


• CIGs/ Vulnerable Groups/ Vulnerable Occupational Workers may be formed with 5
SHG members
• Saving-Loan Ratio is 1:6
• Revolving Fund – Rs.25,000/- per SHG
• 1st Tranche – Rs.10,000/- after grading of the SHG (Following PANCHASUTRAS)
• 2nd Tranche – Rs.15,000/- after getting 1st bank credit linkage
• Resource Organization Fund to strengthen the newly formed SHG/CIG is Rs.20,000/-

AL • 10-20 SHGs/CIGs will be federated into ALFs.

MISSION COMPONENTS - FINANCIAL INCLUSION AND ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT (FI&ED)
• Loan for Individual and Group Enterprises:
• For individual enterprises, bank loans up to ₹4 Lakh
• For the group enterprises, bank loans up to ₹20 Lakh will be supported
• Micro Credit Plan (MCP) is a financial proposal to provide small loans to individuals, typically aimed at low-income

entrepreneurs and small businesses. MCP is mandatory for each loan.

• A digital platform (web and app based), fully integrated with the Udyami Mitra Portal will serve as a ‘one-stop digital solution’
• Integration with the Udyami Mitra will enable Individual and group loan SHGs to register on the portal and track progress on loans.

• For women beneficiaries (including those involved in vulnerable occupations), the concessional rate of interest
chargeable will be fixed at 4%.
• The interest subvention by the Government of India will be to the extent of 8% (an additional 1% for women
Interest Subvention beneficiaries)

• Credit Guarantee will be provided through Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises
(CGTMSE) In lines with PMSVANidhi
CGTMSE • City Livelihood Action Plan (C-LAP).
• Target beneficiaries will be trained in enterprise management.
• EDF will be routed through ALF/CLF to eligible SHGs/CIGs as a loan at subsidized interest rates.
• This fund is intended to cover expenses such as working capital, purchase of machinery or equipment, infrastructure

• Provide support in market linkages for the products and services offered by SHGs/ CIGs
