1. Introduction
Course information – Requirements and passing criteria
• To pass this training a theoretical test and a practical evaluation
needs to be completed with a score of minimum 80% correct
answers and signed-off.
• The following rules apply if the score is less than 80%.
– 0-70%: Re-test. A test can only be taken three times in total. If the score
is less than 80% at the third attempt, the trainee needs to motivate why
additional attempts should be offered or retake the training.
– 70-80%: Re-take the failed questions individually with the trainer. This
can be done directly in relation to the training session or by digital
communication within maximum 1 month.
• The practical evaluation needs to be completed within 3 months
after the theoretical test has been completed.
