• Fabrication of the 24” to 16” Eccentric reducer and a spool is at 95 % done, only flanges are remained
• Flanges are to be supplied by KCC, the flanges required are 24” 5 stainless flanges and 1 special
flange for the Pump.
• Welding is at 100% done.

• Fabrication of T-Piece is at 80% done for the replacement of the worn-out slurry pipe line, a flange will
be introduced on the existing pipe for maintenance purposes.

• Fabrication of T-Piece is at 95% done for the replacement of the worn-out slurry pipe line, a flange will
be introduced on the existing pipe for maintenance purposes.
• Welding is at 75% done and Flanges are remaining to be installed.

• Fabrication of a T-Piece is at 100% done
• Flanging is at 100% done and welding is at 90%
• Installation will be done during the planned shut-down
• During shut-down, there is one field welding to be done as a flange will be introduced on the existing
line.

• Fabrication of the 24” to 16” Eccentric reducer and a spool is at 95 % done, only flanges are remained
• Fabrication and Flanging has is at 95% done , the remaining 5% remaining is due to non availability of a
16” Special Pump Flange.
• This pipe has equally remained with a Field welding activity as the 16” Flange will be reclaimed from the
existing pipe.
