efforts worldwide. The Youth Red Cross plays a vital role in
empowering young volunteers to act with compassion in their
communities.”
• Core Principles:
a. Humanity: Caring for people regardless of race, religion, or
politics.
b. Impartiality: No discrimination; helping those most in need.
c. Neutrality: Maintaining neutrality in conflicts and politics.
d. Independence: Acting independently from government
control.
e. Voluntary Service: Services provided are not for personal
