 According to an article published by The Global People Strategist in 2021,
well-defined labor law ensures adequate compensation.
 A well-regulated labor law stops employee exploitation. Forces employers to
pay in a timely manner.
 Even though we have comprehensive labor laws stated in the BLA 2006,
employers fail to pay on time. This issue exists because labor laws are unimplemented
and not monitored closely by law enforcement.
