Abstract
The current Department Event Management System helps plan and organize
events, making basic coordination easier. However, many tasks are still done
manually, which causes issues with data handling and time management. To
overcome this, we are developing a website where data handling, maintaining
documents and a download option for the admin to improve flexibility and time
management.

Introduction
The Department Event Management System streamlines the planning and execution
of academic events for students. It simplifies coordinating workshops and
conferences for faculty. An integrated calendar allows admin to download relevant
participant details. This is a user-friendly platform enhancing event management
