Keto diet
The ketogenic diet (or keto diet) is a low carb, high
fat diet that offers many health benefits.
The ketogenic diet is a mainstream dietary therapy
that in medicine is used mainly to treat hard-to-control
epilepsy in children. The diet forces the body to burn
fats rather than carbohydrates.
The fat eaten in the ketogenic diet converts into
ketones, compounds that provide an excellent source
of energy for brain.
By ingesting high amounts of fat, the body enters a
state known as ketosis where it begins using ketones
for energy rather than sugars.
Being in a state of ketosis is shown to reduce
inflammation, boost memory and increase energy.

Ayurvedic Diet
1. In Ayurveda, a balanced diet does not revolve around
fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.
2. There is no concept of calories, vitamins, and minerals.
3. According to Ayurveda, each person has his own
individual constitution (like genetic code) .
4. We’re all very, very different, and there’s no real one-
diet-fits-all approach.
5. There’s going to be a new diet literally every month.
6. It’s not just a fad, and it gives you an idea of how your
individual, mind-body type will respond to one of these
new diets.
