Introduction
The organization where I'm undertaking my summer project is S.S. Stationery, established in B.S. 2071. Situated in
Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, it is close proximity to local schools, making it a convenient destination for school students
seeking stationery supplies.
Key points:
• Location: Strategically located near schools, ensuring easy access for its primary customer.
• Friendly Staff: Its employees prioritize exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for
all customers.
• Efficient Inventory Management: S.S. Stationery maintains a well-organized inventory, ensuring a consistent supply of
essential items while avoiding unnecessary surplus.

Problem Statement:
• Organization does not have a digital system.
• Organization is having trouble keeping inventory records.
• Organization also wants to store record about customers.

3
Objectives
• To Manage Inventory.
• To Record Customer Details.
• To Create User-Friendly interface.
• To Make Workflow Efficient.

Literature Review
• Issues that arise in retail store like out of stock are a major concern for consumers packaged goods and retailer organizations. They lose billions of dollars every
year. If items of interest are not available on the shelves, most of the customers buy from somewhere else and others buy a different band. (Jyothi, 2017).

• Online customer reviews, which provided by consumers who have purchased a product previously. These have become a major information source for
consumers and marketers know the quality of products. Customer reviews on products or services that companies publish on their web sites are widely read
now. (Bin, 2010).

• E-Commerce websites have customer reviews module, which allows customers to submit reviews for the products had bought and collects positive and
negative reviews. Negative reviews will not be deleted, because research has shown that negative reviews increase the credibility of the products. E-Commerce
websites can export reviews to a delimited text file which facilitate the analysis. (Bin, 2010).

• In this perspective, this study proposes a conceptual infrastructure of evaluating e-commerce websites. Grey method was originally developed by Deng and has
been widely used to solve the uncertainty problems under the discrete data and information incompleteness . (Li, 2010).

• When I built my new ecommerce stores, it was a nobrainer to use sales funnels due to their ability to boost sales and profits. I never let the fact that I was
selling a physical product stop me from using a funnel; I knew I could control so much more of the customer experience and greatly boost my business with
them. I used a storefront as well, and merging the two worlds came naturally, leading to a hybrid model. (Larsson, 2016).

• Wanted to write this book, not because I’m smarter than anyone else, but because I think there are a lot of people like I was. People who model the surface
level of what others are doing and are frustrated that they aren’t getting similar results. (Brunson, 2015).

Testing Methodology
Unit Testing
The following are general test cases for admin
 Ensuring that admin is able to add products, categories.
 Ensuring that admin is able to view orders.
 Ensuring that admin is able to update and delete products.

Conclusion
• The primary goal of this project was to address the needs of S.S. Stationary by
developing a web-based Stationary Management System to solve the issues faced
in the current manual process.

• The summer project was indeed an excellent opportunity to develop skills that are
used in a real life situations.
