Completing an On-Boarding

Practitioner receives a mail


i.e an onboarding mail
with link to Blueroom

Alternatively they can also


click on Work in the menu
on the left handside in
Blueroom Tool and see
listed their items requiring
attention
Completing an On-Boarding

A new screen will show


you the
1) Project details
2)Project Assignee
Data section
3) Additional
Information section
4)On/Off-boarding
Checklist Items section
5)Comments section
Completing an On-Boarding

 Open the sections and complete information required

 in Additional info enter the field values, in case there are fields listed
 in On/Off boarding Checklist Items perform all checklist items
 to see the description for a task click on the '<' to expand the section
 if item started but not yet completed update status to 'In Progress'

On/Off-  once completed then select Item Status 'Complete'



boarding enter a completion date by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a
date,

enter comments on checklist item level if required
and upload documents if / when required
section  if evidence is mandatory ensure it is uploaded or you will not be able to
submit as completed.

 Note: Completion dates can be the current day or date in the past, it cannot be
a future date. Refer to snapshot in the next slide

All checklist items assigned to practitioner to be addressed by the practitioner ,


by updating columns such as item status, date complete and upload evidence where required by
correct screen shot samples are attached in further slides

Once you have completed the


checklist and confirmed that
data entered is accurate you can
click 'Submit'
If you have not completed all
items but wish to save work so
far pls click on 'Save and
Complete Later'
You can only Submit if -
all field values are entered
all checklist items have the
status "Complete"
and for Practitioner, the tick is
set for the checkbox item
Note: If all Checklist items are
NOT completed, you can not
submit the Checklist and an error
pop up will appear.

Read the DS&P Training Material provided below description under 4 th column.

Confirm that you have completed going through this material by marking the
Status as “complete” and update the Date. The date entered reflects the
date when you completed the training.

This option in the left handside menu allows the user to view all on / off boarding records for
themsleves as a practitioner.
It shows all in progress , to approve , completed , and cancelled on and off boardings.
User can sort using the sort buttons in the columns.
