Essential Bandaging Techniques Guide

Bandaging involves using strips of material to protect wounds and injured body parts. It is used to support fractured bones, immobilize injuries like dislocated shoulders, apply pressure to stop bleeding, retain splints, and secure dressings. Common bandages include triangular bandages and cravats. Triangular bandages can be used to bandage the chest, arm, hand, and underarm using different wrapping techniques like securing with square knots. Cravat bandages are also used on specific body parts like the cheek, ear, forehead, and knee.
