• Attend weekly the CAS reflection lesson
• Attend weekly the CAS activity lesson
• Plan your CAS according to the learning outcomes and your own interests in life, and
publish it in your CAS portfolio
• Participate in CAS experiences weekly, and record it in your CAS portfolio
• Keep photos and videos of you CAS experiences and post them in your CAS portfolio
• Reflect often in any way you want (written, video, audio) and publish it in your CAS
portfolio
• Share your plans for the year in the first interview
• Be nice and kind to everyone!
• Open any emails by the CAS coordinator or your adviser
LEARNING OUTCOMES

CAS opportunities every Wednesday
There are some school based CAS projects that you can register to by the end of
September.
Grade 12 students will offer some clubs.
You can plan your own CAS experiences.
