Payout Guide for Field Sales Executives

1. The new payout structure for field sales executives (FSEs) includes a daily model and daily + monthly points model. 2. Under the daily model, FSEs must login to FSM daily, submit mandatory leaves, and complete daily activities to receive payouts. Carryovers between days are not allowed. 3. The daily + monthly points model assigns points for activities like onboarding PSAs and getting them to use services. FSEs must meet monthly targets for onboarding and activating PSAs in UPI to earn 100% payout calculated on points.

New Payout Structure – Daily Model

1. Attendance comprises of below steps:


a) FSM Login & Logout: It is mandatory for all FSEs to login to FSM by 10 am everyday for taking daily payouts.
b) Mandatory Leave/Comp off: FSE must fill up Leave Form https://forms.gle/P79pgQTAzKTANRab8
c) Day’s activity: Each FSE to do mentioned Daily activity for all working day of the month (exclusive of Week offs/Holidays) to mark themselves as
present.
2. For taking Revisit benefit, FSE should be mapped to same PSA in PSA Master

3. There won’t be any carry overs, i.e. if there is deficit on one day, it can’t be covered by another’s days’ work – FSE can work on a holiday to cover any gap.

4. For starting 5 Days (from GG app access date), FSE will be given manual attendance basis TL/ASM/ZH inputs.

Important Note
Final earnings for FSE will be determined through a calculation process that takes into account both Daily Model and
Daily + Monthly Points Model. Final earnings will be based on the model where FSE is earning Higher payout.
New Payout Structure – Daily + Monthly Points Model

Successful PSA onboarding 120 As per Target
Geohash Onboarding 50 - GATE Criteria for Payout
Every FSE has to mandatorily meet target for Successful
Daily PSA Revisit (Unique for the day) + PSA App Installation (Latest Version) PSA Onboarding and Monthly PSA Activation in UPI
(Old FSE – Max 1 Visit per PSA per Month; 20
Max 2 Visits for Same Month Onb PSA) between 1st to 30th/31st of every month to earn 100%
(New FSE – Max Visit/Month: Max 5 Visit/PSA) - payout calculated as per points model.
Monthly PSA Revisit (Unique) + PSA App Installation (Latest Version) 30 -
Dormant PSA Activation (Last 3 Month Inactive) 100 - Payout in this model will be calculated as per average of
First Time Active (Any Service) 120 - both target basis below:
