• PHP:
• PHP is an acronym for "PHP: Hypertext
Preprocessor“.
• PHP is a widely-used, open source scripting language.
• PHP scripts are executed on the server.
• PHP is free to download and use.
• PHP can generate dynamic page content.
• PHP can add, delete, modify data in your database.

• HTML:
• HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language.
• HTML describes the structure of a Web page.
• HTML elements tell the browser how to display the
content.
• HTML elements are represented by tags.

• CSS:
• CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets.
• CSS saves a lot of work. It can control the layout of multiple web pages all at
once.
• JAVA SCRIPT:
• Common uses for JavaScript are image manipulation, form validation, and
dynamic changes of content.

• An alumni association is an association of graduates (alumni) or more broadly of
former students. These associations often organize social event; publish newsletters
or magazines raise funds for the organization.
• So keeping these point in mind we decided to develop an entirely new website
from
scratch, which is having attractive design as well as better user interface.
• In this website alumni or association donate funds online to organization.
• It helps to maintain the college alumni data.
• It allow the old and new students of a university to communicate with each other.
OBJECTIVE
• This project is very helpful for college to manage all the data regarding
the students.
• This project is needed to provide a vibrant forum that promotes
interaction
and networking among alumni of the institute.
• This project help alumni and college to send or receive notification
or information.

MODULES
• The project contains four modules:
• Admin
• Alumni
• Student
• Test
ADMIN MODULE
• Admin is the super user of the system
• Admin is responsible for the approval and management of the
Alumni in the system.
• Admin is responsible for the deletion of different kind of accounts in the
system.
• Admin looks after the maintenance of these accounts.
• Admin has full control over the Test module of the system.
• Admin has the overall control of the whole system.
ALUMNI MODULE
• The Alumni can register and login in this module.
• To login the Alumni must get the approval of the Admin.
• In this module the Alumni can add internships/jobs post.
• Alumni can reply to the students that contacted them.
• Alumni can see the scoreboard of the Students mock test.
• All these options are available in the DashBoard section of the
Alumni.
STUDENT MODULE
• In this module the Student can register themselves and login to
their Dashboard.
• Here, the Students can search Alumni and contact them.
• The Students can also give mock tests here.
• Students can apply to the Internship or Jobs listed in the Jobs
section.
TEST MODULE
• The Admin has full control of this Module.
• This Module is available to both the Admin and the Student.
• The students can give Mock test in this section and can become the Top
Scorers.
• This Admin can Add, Delete Questions here and can see the results of
every student.

• SQL server 2005 used for database. By using this we can create the tables with the details of
users
