Overview of the Proposal:
In recent months, I have trained my brother, Paolo Ruano, to estimate and
generate comprehensive reports using MICA. This initiative represents the
initial steps towards a concept I aim to organize and fully leverage in 2024.
The vision entails establishing a compact yet reliable client base to offer
estimation and reporting solutions—mirroring the help I was providing to you
with the overflow reports and estimates.
However, the approach is focused in a complete focused and more personal
relationship with the service provided: by mentoring, directing, and
collaboratively learning with a team I assemble, we will provide contractors
like yourself with optimal time-saving estimation and reporting solutions.
While there are individuals offering estimation reports based on sketches,
line items, or generic reports, my aspiration is to cultivate a more
personalized and exclusive service. Given the cost-efficiencies of labor in my
country, the objective is to deliver services where, for the same expenditure,
we can deploy professionals who produce remarkably cost-effective
outcomes.
Estimation and reporting solutions
I still have access to Dropbox, although I seldom log in. Please accept my
apologies for taking the liberty to glance through just to gain insight into the
amount of projects you've handled there this year:
On average, on dropbox you can find: 54 jobs on average per month, on
most of them you or Raquel (Not sure if you have another estimator for those
jobs uploaded) spend time on the estimaton and reports creations. My goal is
aim to help you with those jobs have someone that solves this problems:
• Creating Estimates for most of those jobs to save the main estimators
time. (For a lower rate, maybe just creating the sketchs that are not made
by docusketch, this will be placed on the pricing section).
• Creating the MICA reports, or any other reports you might need and you
could train me and my brother to do.
We have a Xactimate license, Symbility license too. For the MICA one we will
keep using the one you have linked to your jobs assigned.
Other optional solutions
In my professional team i have to the job i do with Lisa at RTI (soon
to be Lever 360 :D), I have hired an girl on a part-time basis. This
Girl assists me with LinkedIn posts and aids in managing calls for
sales with clients of the contractor I previously handled (now
overseen by my brother) in the USA. With this dedicated support, I
am positioned to offer you a broader range of services:
• Creating posts if you want to activate PuroClean on some social
media.
• Have someone to respond messages or calls on those social
medias or maybe training that person to give some sales
indications to be placed on the sales leads structure you handle.
Automation solutions
Another amazing tool I have learned a lot more on the time with
Lissa, is the automation tools for practical small (Time consuming).
This is something like the chatbots set to respond your messages on
Facebook, but with processes integrated, you can set a process to
send reminders every time a lead on sales pass from one state to
another, or things like that applied to any other context of the
structure you handle. Is a really powerful tool.
• Zappier and Make automation services based on processes with
a maximum of 1,000 processes per month with no extra fee.
(Those can be covered with the subscription I pay month to
month for those services). In case we develop more complex and
operation demanding automations, i will detailed you the extra
prices per operations we might require.
Pricing
For the pricing I will create some tier list, coming from the most
simple solution with small tasks, going to the more complex set of
solutions I can offer:
NOTE: If you see the TIER 1 month, it is based on the price i gave you for the MICA reports (20 USD)
multiplied by the number of jobs on the month you had less jobs on the 2023, that way, you can be
sure that every month it will be profitable to hire me.
