Challenge Statement
The Challenge focused on this project:
GenAI-based solution for generating a summary report for all RFP submitted against tendor.
In the Construction segment contracting and sub-contracting there are multiple RFP submitted by multiple
vendors against any tender.
Challenges:
 Manual evaluation of construction proposals are
time-consuming and challenging.
 Complex Criteria and Ambiguity in contractual
terms.
Objectives:
 Develop an AI solution to automate and simplify the
proposal evaluation process.
 The Requirements for the Tender are needs to be
tabularized and categorized.
 The Summary should be in Tabular format.
 Provide Top 3 vendors with Justification.

This project will use GenAI (palm2) to mine the wealth of textual data that is embedded within the RFPs to
develop a comparison to identify the best RFP.
Subscription Charges are applicable for both Vendor and Tendor.

Validation
The vendors must be registered with the proper legal documents, The system validates and checks if the vendor
has a proper registration in the System.

Then the validation proceeds the vendors to the RFP's proposal phase.

The qualifications of the vendors are analysed in this phase.

The tendor specifies the qualification of the vendor in the Tender Document.

The validation takes place for the RFPs given against the tendor.

This phase of validation selects the RFPs that are passed the requirements for the tendor and gives the passed
RFPs for the tendor analysis.

The GenAI validates the various RPFs submitted against the tendor.
