PC Will Not Turn On

Check loos on the power cables


If computer won’t turn on After
sudden Power Outage Unplug the
power cable and press the power
Button for at least 40 seconds then Plug
it again.
Other Problems of Computer won’t
turn on could be due to a faulty power
supply, a dead battery, or a damaged
motherboard .
Peripherals Not Working
Check loos connections of keyboard
and mouse
Check any keyboard issue
Blue screen

This could be due to hardware failure,


outdated drivers, or malware.

Operating system is missing

This could be due to a damaged hard


drive, outdated drivers, or malware.
Frozen Screen

It can be caused by software issues


such as outdated drivers or
corrupted system files.
Restarting computer can fix the
problem

Monitor Not Showing Anything

It can be caused by loos VGA or


Power cable connection.
Or Monitor is sleeping so press
the power button of monitor
General Slowdown:
This can be caused by many different things such as power supply failure, driver error,
hard drive fragmentation, RAM utilization, or virus infection.
Force close open tasks using Task manager , Deleting junk files, Disabling startup apps,
Proper shutdown your computer

1.2 Common Printer Problems and
Solutions
Paper jams: They can be caused by
various factors such as misaligned,
overfilled, or wrong type of paper, or
foreign particles inside the printer.
Printer is printing unknown
characters: Wrong or outdated printer
driver is installed.
The toner is not fusing to the paper.
The toner cartridge is empty.
“Document failed to print” message: A
cable is loose or disconnected.
Printer is offline
Turn off your printer and unplug it, wait

30 seconds, plug your printer back in,


and then turn the printer back on
Cancel all print jobs
Type “Control Panel” on start and click OK. Click on “View devices and printers”
under Hardware and Sound. Double-click on your printer and cancel all print jobs
assigned to the printer.
