Refers to a person associated with the use of
computers in both the direct and indirect .
EXAMPLES of DIRECT
 PROGRAMMERS - responsible for writing computer
programs
 SYSTEM ANALYST - responsible for the analysis and
development of information systems
 DATABASE ADMINISTRATORS - responsible management
database (database) including design
 WEBMASTER - development and management of the site
