envisions a 100% literacy rate of the
learners at the end of the school year.
To reach the goal and to ensure
the quality education given by the
school, Maligaya ES Main
rigorously monitor their teachers
and assist them to improve and
to raise their standards when it
comes to teaching.
All teachers in Maligaya
were observed intently and oftentimes
secretly observed their daily classes.

Governing Advocacy in Beginning Reading for Young learners)
This project is intended for
the struggling readers.
Under the umbrella of Project
GABAY, teachers created their
own teaching strategies
(projects) to reach out to their
struggling learners.
