Imagine for a moment that
God is about to project the
movie of your life onto a big
screen. The movie contains
everything you have ever
thought, said and done. Even
the things that happened in
secret are shown for all to
see. How would you feel?
ZACCHAEUS STORY
• A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a
chief tax collector and was wealthy. He wanted to see
Jesus but because he was short he could not see Jesus.
So he ran ahead and Climbed a sycamore-fig tree.

• When Jesus reached the spot, He looked up and said


to Him, “Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must
stay at your house today .” So he came down at once
and welcome Him gladly. All people saw this and
began to mutter, He has gone to be the guest of
sinner”. But Zacchaeus stood up and said to The Lord
“Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my
possession to the poor, and if I have cheated
anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times
four the amount.”
Jesus said to Him, today salvation has come to this house!

• God does everything with specific
purpose.
• He knew that there was a man in Jericho
who needed an Encounter.
• Jesus has prepared this time to be able to
transform the life of each person.
• It is important that we recognize our
condition and understand that we need to
change, rather than simply coming to Jesus

Zacchaeus Condition:
• Chief tax collector – Collecting heavy
taxes
• Wealthy – earned money
dishonestly, traitor and thief

THE SAME AGAIN
Zacchaeus change completely when
he met Jesus, surrendering all his
material possessions and fully letting
go of his past life. We need to let go
of all those things that bind us to the
past ; we cannot allow anything to
separate us from God.
