The MBHTE vision is to provide balanced and quality inclusive education for all Bangsamoro learners so they can achieve their full potential. The MBHTE mission is to deliver balanced, inclusive and quality education through policies reflecting Bangsamoro history and aspirations, programs producing globally competitive leaders, and informed and empowered citizens through education rooted in moral governance. MBHTE's tagline "Bangsamoro United: Education Without Exception" aims to communicate that everyone in BARMM is united for quality inclusive education ensuring no one gets left behind.
