Some of the activities in the module is not well explained so I simplified the
activities for the student to understand the lesson easily so they can cope up
with the lesson and provide an output.

To address my learners in difficult circumstances, I made a remedial activity

While teachers has spent a lot of effort in new normal amidst of the pandemic
the continuity of students learning outcomes are very important in designing,
selection and organization of teaching strategies for the students achievement.

Due to poor internet connection and lack of resources to access the internet, I
decided to download the video of “Tamang Pagbigkas- Aikabok” and let the
students watch the video as part of our lesson in Filipino for them to find out
what the selection is about.
I also uploaded a powerpoint presentation to my class in TLE.

Distance learning is indeed new and hard for everybody. That is why attending
Webinars and conducting SLAC session is a must. With these, we are honing
our skills in teaching and learning new strategies that can help students
improve their academic status. I served as a presentor in “1st Huntahan sa
Paaralan.”

Reflective Summary

7.4 Professional reflection and learning to
improve practice
LDM 2 practicum portfolio have different
artifacts needed. At first, I’m confused on how to do this
and where to get these needed evidences but by reading
and understanding this course , I realized that it’s not
hard. I have documented all the required artifacts. While
doing this portfolio, I have seen the progress of my
students and also myself as an educator. Seeing this
artifacts sparks a joy in my heart because I see the fruit of
my labor for this School Year even though we are in the
new normal.
I learned in this LDM course the consistency
and how to be persistent in every beginning you made or
you had. This course gave me tons of learnings when it
comes to addressing the difficulties of my students.
In my reflective summary, it is an in-depth reflection about my personal
experience in implementing LDM. It emphasized myself and my students
progress

Part of our monitoring and evaluation of learners progress and achievement is
through Home visitation. In this activity, we talked to our learners as well as with
the parents regarding the learners academic status. Also, i monitor them
through FB page or via messenger.

Our colleagues is one of our support system in this new normal. Having a
Workshops, SLAC sessions and collaboration with them helps me to improve
myself as an educator. We also have group chat to disseminate the needed
information in our school and also it helps us to raise some concern regarding
our students.I also attended “Division LIS/BEIS online conference”

Our school have a “Gawad Pandan” (Pagkilala sa Naitulong Dama Namin”)
to recognize their contributions in our school. We also have a distribution of
modules to the parents or guardians of students and LGU’s scholarship to our
students.
