Biryani Is a Name that does not require any introduction and is famous all over the world.
Being famous there is still issues that people face while eating biriyani, i.e. cost and health.
Most of the hotels they just heat the yesterdays biriyani and sell to the costumer because their hotel runs
everyday and if any biriyani or chicken unsold, they just freeze it for tomorrow to sell. And to eat tasty and
healthy biriyani, we need to spend more than 300/person from good restaurants. So to solve that issue,
We are going to start the hotel with biryani at 99/. Yeah! Only 99/ with good quality of taste like big restaurant
and also healthy.
How we are different from other hotels?
We are not like the normal hotels that you see around, because we will not be available every day! Yes!
We are a weekly hotel that will open only on *Sunday!* or weekly one day!
And also we are providing high-quality biryani only at 99! Like a big restaurant Which is impossible for them,
because our hotel does not require fancy glass-decorated walls, fancy wooden items, we don't pay high rent, we
don't require some many employees like them, we just want to give tasty of bhai biryani to every home. We just
does not need high quality glass materials, high quality architecture, we just need high quality cook!

What make BBA healthy!
We see around how hotels are providing a rotten chicken by keeping that in freeze
for so long and then giving it to a customer just by heating it and we don’t no how
many days it was there in the freezer, and it causes so many health problems, but
BBA is completely against to it, we want to consider both taste and health. So we
are not using any different materials from Himalaya which make us unique and
healthy but we are simply providing a food which is chopped, cooked and prepared
in front of you and we don’t have any freezer in our hotel because we only open one
day a week, which make our food healthy!
We start preparing the biriyani on a Sunday morning and sell from 11 Am which
make us our biryani fresh and healthy because, if anything unsold for the day we
won't heat it up and sell tomorrow because our hotel is only open on Sunday’s. So
we don't sell the yesterday's food instead of that we give the unsold food needy that
make our biryani fresh and healthy.
And also we will provide different biriyanis at same price of 99/! which make us
unique seller.
MARKETING ANALYIS?
BIRYANI is the most ordered dish online in India.
200 biryanis ordered per minute and annually 95 biryanis order per minutes in 2019 according
to some survey.
MARKETING PLANS
1)Price range (or) price showing outside the outlet ex:- 99/- only, 49/- to 499/- etc..
2) General pamphlet & mic Announcements, posters, flexes, which describe about, "Taste, Cost
Health" and also about Offer's on opening day ex:- 99/- only a Dum biryani.
3) We want give rest to our women on Sunday's at least so that they can eat from B.B.A with their
family and spend some quality time in their home.
Note: They can eat from any hotel, they wanted to.
4) Some Guys& Girls probably 2-4, Wearing Armani suit, Gucci shoes & Goggles, and they will
Go out to the crowd or Audience to promote our B.B.A through pamphlets & words.

5)To get audiences attention being an New comer (or) New competitor, we are
going to cover our product or food with Quality material in such a way which
make them to feel the quality of food and also with different styles so that we
can stand out.
6)When Customer takes the food of 99/- we are going to keep two thing along
with the food package:
A) a small pamphlet or note, which tell them
about our next week's offers. which is different from this week. so that they can
order early. (or) return to BBA to take that offer.
B) And, we are also going to keep an 1/- coin on food package, with the B.B.A
sticker covering on that, Because we sticks to our words i.e.; we said only 99/-
and 99% of them give 100/- and won't take the change of one rupee, so we
decided to return like this and stand for what we said and promoted!
