Abstract
Website design and Learning HTML were the main objective of this internship.
To develop a web based application there are several programming languages
that are in use. Some of them are only used for the forward the frontend and
backend design of the software.
For example,HTML3,HTML4,HTML5,CSS,Bootstrap etc.
There are also some other programming language that are used to develop the
dynamic functions of the software or application. Nowdays there are also some
frameworks that is use vastly .Frameworks are basically structured programming
by by using model ,view and controller.it is also called as MVC. If we develop
web based application that is very useful for us because we can access it from
anywhere in the world. It is very helpful in daily life .that is why I choose subject
of my report as ”WEB DESIGN”. Training In AIMATIC Pvt Ltd added huge
experience in my upcoming career. Solving real life problems was another key
issue. This report takes us through all the details of Website Knowledge and
experience gathered during the internship Period .

1.Content of Internship Report
2.1 Introduction/Learning Outcome
1. Objective
The objective of the web design is to handle the entire design of a website. The
software keeps track of all the information about the entire website. The system
contains database where all the information will be stored safely.
2. To gain skills and knowledge
This internship provided us essential skills and knowledge one requires in the
field of web designing. The crucial tools used during the tenure helped us in
gaining knowledge about programming languages.
3. To get field work experience
By taking this training we enhanced our knowledge in Web designing and got
insight in how the websites are designed using HTML and CSS.
4. To enhance our communication skills
By interacting with my trainee and classmates I got to learn a lot. It helped me to
enhance my communicative skills and represent my work with confidence. It
boosted my confidence to design more webpages and create some great designs
just for fun
5. Learning Outcome
Students will describe the time needed to successfully complete a project,
considering factors such as task dependencies and task lengths
Students will be able to provide internal stakeholders with information
regarding project costs by considering factors such as estimated cost,
variances and profit.
Students will be able to develop a project scope while considering factors
such as customer requirements and internal/external goals

2.1 Detail of Working Experience
2.2.1 Description of Technologies
During entire training session we discussed about how to analysis the project and
how to work on it as per the requirement of client. The projects done during the
internship are based on the tags of programming language HTML & CSS.
HTML :
HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark-up Language. It is used to design web pages using
mark- up language. HTML is the combination of Hypertextand Mark-up language.
Hypertextdefines the link between the web pages. Mark-up language is used to define
the text document within tagwhichdefinesthestructure of webpages. HTML5 is thefifth
andcurrentversion of HTML. It has improved the mark-up available for documents and
has introduced application programming interfaces (API) and Document Object Model

CSS :
Cascading Style Sheets, fondly referred to as CSS, is a simply designed language
intended to simplify the process of making web pages presentable. CSS allows you to
apply styles to web
pages. More importantly, CSS enables you to do this independent of the HTML that
makes up each web page. There are three types of CSS which are given below :

2. Description of Tasks/ Modules
It might have happened so many times that you or someone yours need doctors
help immediately, but they are not available due to some reason. The Heart
Disease Prediction application is an end user support and online consultation
project. Here, we propose a web application that allows users to get instant
guidance on their heart disease through an intelligent system online. The
application is fed with various details and the heart disease associated with those
details. The application allows user to share their heart related issues. It then
processes user specific details to check for various illness that could be
associated with it. Here we use some intelligent data mining techniques to guess
the most accurate illness that could be associated with patient’s details. Based on
result, the can contact doctor accordingly for further treatment. The system
allows user to view doctor’s details too. The system can be used for free heart
disease consulting online.
Advantages
User can search for doctor’s help at any point of time.
User can talk about their Heart Disease and get instant diagnosis.
Doctors get more clients online.
Very useful in case of emergency.
Disadvantages
Accuracy Issues: A computerized system alone does not ensure
accuracy, and the warehouse data is only as good as the data entry that
created it.
The system is not fully automated, it needs data from user for full
diagnosis.
RESEARCH BACKGROUND
The heart is a vital organ in the human body. It is responsible for
pumping blood through the blood vessels of the circulatory system. The blood
helps to convey oxygen which is needed for the functioning of the body cells. The
heart beats for about 100,000 times per day. Heart diseases are also called
cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Heart diseases happen to be the most common
cause of death globally. According to WHO, both men and women are equally
affected by heart disease. WHO estimated that 17.9 million people are dead due
to heart disease in 2016 which represent 31% of all global deaths. 85% of these
deaths are caused by stroke and heart attack (WHO, 2016).
Heart disease or cardiovascular disease is the class of diseases that involve the
heart or blood vessels (arteries and veins). Today most countries face high and
increasing rates of heart disease and it has become a leading cause of debilitation
and death worldwide in men and women over age sixty-five and today in

heart disease is viewed as a “second epidemic,” replacing infectious diseases as
the leading cause of death (Gale Nutrition Encyclopedia, 2011).
PROBLEM STATEMENT
In order to decrease mortality from heart diseases there should be a fast and
effective detection method especially, in developing countries like Niheria where
there is a shortage of specialists and wrongly diagnosed cases are high. Data
mining can be a convenient tool to assist physicians in detecting the disease by
obtaining knowledge and information regarding the disease from patient’s data.
Early diagnosis and treatment of heart disease is vital to preventing serious, even
life threatening complications such as cardiac arrest and death, but due to
mistakes made during the analysis of the measurements that are taken during the
echocardiography examination diagnosis of heart disease may be overlooked or
delayed. As Patil and Kumaraswamy, (2009) noted like other diseases detection of
heart diseases is a multi-layered issue which is not free from false presumptions
often accompanied by unpredictable effects. Thus the effort to utilize knowledge
and experience of numerous specialists and clinical screening data of patients
collected in databases to facilitate the diagnosis process is considered a valuable
option.

Conclusion
In conclusion, I can say that this internship was a great experience. Thanks to
this project, I acquired deeper knowledge concerning my technical skills, but
I also personally benefited. Currently HTML is a common part of web
applications, and it is one of the most popular language for web designing
used by professionals worldwide. If we surf internet, we can see millions of
websites designed with HTML and CSS.I learned to live in a different
environment from the one I amused to. Indeed, I grew more independent in
work and also in everyday life. I realized that I could do more things than I
thought, like learning new things by myself. There are huge opportunities
available for the students who want to work in this field. Many private and
public organizations hire web designer for their online work and website
development. With the rapid advent of online industry, the demand of web
development professionals is increasing, and this has created a huge job
opportunity for the aspirants in the upcoming days. Also, an experienced
person in this field can also work as a free lancer , there are many online
companies which provide online projects to the individuals .
