the workteam.

Communications Process vs Organizational Conflicts
During any communication process there is a probability that conflict exists and both must be handled properly. Otherwise, it can
cause highly detrimental results for organizations.
In most cases, poor communication is generated due to communication barriers and other variables that influence the process.
In all cases, the type and size of the conflict will be associated with the level of affectation that individuals feel about their
interests.
Healthcare organization are not exempt from this type of problem, so it is necessary to study how organizational communication
flows, the origin and nature of the conflict.
Managers must be prepared to prevent and face communication challenges in the organization, and also be an example in
promoting assertiveness and cooperation of employees.
Conclusion
Regardless of the type of communication barriers in the workplace, managers are responsible for solving the
problem efficiently. Technology, combined with an organizational culture that supports and encourages open
and transparent dialogue, is a great solution for effective corporate communication.
Labor conflicts are a consequence, in part, of poor communication in which it has possibly been influenced
by one or more communication barriers. In an ideal world there is no conflict, so the diverse and imperfect
human condition gives way to different types of conflict when different types of ideas, personalities and
values come together. This does not make it inevitable, but when they do occur, managers must be prepared
with effective tools to address them in a timely manner and transform them into opportunities to improve
human relations.
