Introduction
The purpose of database management systems is to access and
manipulate data in a database
We have developed a ER diagram and a database of Oasis hospital diagnostic
management systems.
Oasis Hospital Sylhet Limited is a renowned health care provider in Sylhet.
Using this database, we can see how data and information can be organized and
managed in Oasis hospitals diagnoses
Objective
To demonstrate Entities, Attributes, Relationships of Oasis Hospital
Diagnostic System
Give an overview of the database that will be shown by the ER
Diagram which links the different entities together
To demonstrate the Tables, Queries, Forms and Reports of the Database
With the help of the ER Diagram, the hospital can keep an up-to-date
log of all the tests and examinations

Entities: Entities are objects in the real world that can be
distinguished from other objects. Entities can be a place, people or
thing.
