Mobile Blood Donation App Overview

This document describes a proposed location-based mobile blood bank system. The system would use a mobile application to connect blood donors and hospitals in need. Donors could register on the app and their location would be tracked. When a hospital requests blood, the app would identify the nearest registered donor with the needed blood type and notify them. This would provide a faster solution than existing online blood bank directories for emergency blood donation needs. The proposed system aims to better manage blood donation and storage using a mobile app and database.
