The whole CLP program will run for 2.5 to
3 hours per session.

The CLP Format:
• Arrival, registration, fellowship • Songs and prayers
Talks
1. Anchor verse
2. Objectives
3. Dynamics of the talks (Always make sure to read the
dynamics in the session outlines of the CLP.)
4. Speaker’s profiles
5. Expanded outline
6. Guide questions or reflection activities
*There will be discussion group sharing (to be
discussed in Workshop 1: Handling a Discussion Group).
* There will be two (2) one-on-one dialogues (to be
discussed in Workshop 1: Handling a Discussion Group).
The Team
The Team Leader
Oversees the entire program
Focus his attentions on the participants
Cares for the Team members
Help members to serve the Lord better
Know everyone in the program by name and be available to them in some
extent.
Assistant Team Leader
Assist the Team Leader in running the program.
Is in Training for leading future CLP.
Take over if in case the Team Leader is absent .
Team Servant /Supervising Head
He carries the main administrative burden and assume that he needs to cover every need
that may arise.
His job includes the following (which may delegate to others)
Man the reception table, have a checklist of those attending, give out name tags.
Make available handouts.
Setup physical facilities like chairs,
Light, lectern, Food etc.
Record the Talk
Arrange for Refreshments
Clean up after the sessions
Discussion Group Leader
They take the responsibility for the over-all care of individuals in their group.
They will personally oversee and bring to issue each person’s relationship with
Christ During the CLP.
They are the ones basically responsible for drawing in the participants.
Will be described more in the next talk.
Music Ministry
- Choose songs that are simple and easy to learn. Remember, CLP participants
are new and
adjusting to a new culture of expressive worship through vibrant songs of
praise. Simple
songs usually have one refrain repeated after each verse that have the same
tune.
- Choose songs that somehow are related to the topic of the talk.
- Choose songs that have evangelistic messages. Songs that tell about what God
has done to
us. How he loved us, that He gave His only begotten son Jesus Christ, so that
whosoever
believes in Him should not perish but have life everlasting.
CONCLUSION
We need both faith and faithfulness
-Faith ,that we are doing for God’s work
-Study and prepare
-Be punctual
-Be a Person who can be counted on
-Be dedicated to your service
-Have the heart of a Servant
Living witnesses to our new Life in the Holy Spirit
You too will grow and receive blessings.

life.
