Scope

o The system can add, edit, delete, view and update the information of the 4P’s
members.
o The system can save and download database through Excel and PDF File.
o The system can make an announcement that the members can view.
o The system can print the record or information of the members.
 
Limitation

o The system is for the 4P’s member of Cabanatuan City only.


o The system cannot be viewed via a mobile phone.

Based on the development of the system, the researchers were
able to:

o Create a record management system using Php as the


programming language and My SQL for the database.

o Create a system that can add, edit, delete, view, print and update
the records of the 4P’s members.

o Create a system that can store the data of the 4P’s members

The following recommendations were hereby suggested


based on the conclusions drawn:

o The researchers recommend to the future


developers to make the system suitable and fit to
different devices such as tablet, mobile phone and the
like.

o The researchers recommend to the future developers


to adapt the registration form in Google Form.
