Case Study - Nift Bangalore

This case study summarizes the NIFT campus located in Bangalore, India. The 4.5 acre campus was completed in 2001 at a cost of 25 crore rupees. It follows a radial/circular design concept based around a golden spiral layout. The campus contains several academic blocks with classrooms and labs, as well as hostel blocks, administrative areas, and recreational spaces like a gym and courtyard. While the radial design successfully separates academic and residential areas, it fails to fully protect student privacy due to the location of the single play area.
